CASE STUDY · REAL ESTATE + LENDING
Two languages, one system, checked before every release.
Park Place Realty is a bilingual real-estate and lending business in Las Vegas. Its website, lead capture, measurement and campaign library came together in 2026 as one system, and the site launched in September 2026.
THE SITE, AS IT RUNS
Desktop, tablet and phone, in English and Spanish.

THE CHALLENGE
A regulated business that runs on five systems at once.
Real estate and lending is not one problem — it's five, each with its own rules, audiences, and tooling. How you're found, how leads convert, how the operation runs, how it's measured, and how you serve clients after the sale. Park Place needed those five to work as one. The engagement covered four of them on one system; customer service stayed outside it.

THE FIVE PILLARS
Each pillar, and where it stands.
-
OperationsShipped
The bilingual website — 32 pages in English, 25 in Spanish — on Cloudflare's edge, with separate staging and production, versioned releases and a health check that reports what is live.
-
SalesShipped
Lead capture on the site: a bot check, a rate limit and a relay into the brokerage's lead sheet.
-
AnalyticsShipped
Consent-gated, privacy-first analytics, plus a KPI report read from the edge's own request counts — nothing that can fail unattended.
-
MarketingWritten
A bilingual campaign library — 30 pieces across radio, social and video — written in both languages and passed through the compliance checks. Never published: the engagement closed first.
-
Customer serviceNot built
Not part of this engagement.
HOW IT IS BUILT
A page that breaks the lending rules never ships.
A compliance check fails the build when a page breaks the rules for lending ads, so that page never reaches the site. The site is written by hand, with no framework, to load fast and last. It builds at Cloudflare's edge, in English and Spanish, with a design system based on Google's Material Design. Its structured data is written for search engines and AI answer engines to read.
WHERE IT STANDS
The site launched in September 2026, in English and Spanish, and the engagement closed with it. It runs frozen: every figure on a page carries its own date, so nothing starts to lie as the calendar moves.
